Hello, I’m Caroline. I’m a fully qualified complementary therapist with a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies and a degree in Working with Young People and Young People’s Services. My work is grounded in professionalism, empathy and a genuinely holistic approach to wellbeing.I specialise in Swedish massage, reflexology and aromatherapy, combining proven therapeutic techniques with intuitive, personalised care. Every treatment is tailored to you — whether you’re looking to ease muscular tension, calm your nervous system, improve sleep, or simply carve out space to recharge.I’m particularly attuned to sensory and neurodivergent needs, creating a calm, inclusive environment where you can feel safe, understood and respected.
